How will I benefit from coaching?

Art and creativity life coaching can help you live the life you want to live, be the person you want to be, and reach the goals you set for yourself. As your coach, I will accompany and support you as you clarify your goals, visualize your desired outcomes in different situations, understand how to use your strengths, and increase your motivation to do the things you want to do (but don’t always feel like doing). I can help you be truthful with yourself, which is always grounded in self-compassion.  If you want to stretch yourself, we can explore strategies and habits that will create increased mental and creative flexibility and strength.
